Customer satisfaction is important for products sold by Ypsilon Tasarım (hereinafter referred to as “Ypsilon”). However, since most of the products are ceramic and fragile, the following return and exchange conditions apply.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Within the scope of the legislation regarding distance sales contracts, customers have the right to return the products they have ordered within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must:

• be unused,
• be returned together with its original packaging,
• be in a resalable condition.

To request a return, a notification must be sent to ypsilontasarimshop@gmail.com together with the order number.

2. Shipping Damage and Broken Products

Since ceramic products are fragile, the package must be carefully inspected at the time of delivery.

If any crushing, tearing, or damage is observed on the package, a Damage Report must be requested from the cargo officer.

Claims regarding shipping-related damage may not be accepted for shipments received without a damage report.

If the product is found to be broken after delivery, notification must be made within no later than 24 hours together with the following information:

• order number,
• photographs of the product and package.

Notifications must be sent to ypsilontasarimshop@gmail.com.

If, following examination, the damage is determined to have been caused during shipping, the product will be resent or the product price will be refunded.

3. Customized Products

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared or personalized in line with the customer’s request, such as products bearing a name or products produced upon special order.

For such products, exchange is only possible in the event of a manufacturing defect.

4. Variations Arising from the Production Process

Some Ypsilon products are produced using handmade ceramic production techniques.

Therefore, minor:

• color tone differences,
• surface texture variations,
• small production marks,

do not mean that the product is defective.

5. Damage Caused by Use

After delivery, any damage caused by:

• dropping,
• impact,
• misuse,
• exposure to high heat,

is not covered by warranty or return conditions.

6. Return Process

Once the return is approved, the product must be sent to the following address:

After the product reaches us, the necessary inspection will be carried out and the refund process will be completed within no later than 14 days.

The refund will be made through the same payment method used during the purchase.
